1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 99rbajee and every individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 99rbajee platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by the platform. The Terms apply to all areas of the platform including the live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting, promotional offers, and any other product or feature that 99rbajee makes available to players now or in the future.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 99rbajee platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while holding an active account:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. The 99rbajee platform is strictly an adults-only service. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering in any form.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 99rbajee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily by yourself through the 99rbajee responsible gaming tools, or imposed by the platform as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Age Verification: 99rbajee operates a mandatory age verification process. All players will be required to provide proof of age before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is pending, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available at 99rbajee, including the ability to make deposits, place wagers, and withdraw winnings, you must hold a valid registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on 99rbajee. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or a combination of both — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 99rbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated across those accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99rbajee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 99rbajee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 99rbajee support team immediately at support@99rbajee. The platform will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 99rbajee account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (subject to verification requirements being met and no outstanding bonus wagering conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method.

99rbajee reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; the account is being used in breach of these Terms; or the account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

99rbajee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment channels are supported for deposits and withdrawals at 99rbajee:

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at 99rbajee is ৳500 across all supported payment channels. There is no maximum deposit limit specified at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 99rbajee wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 99rbajee will not accept deposits from payment accounts held in a name other than that of the registered account holder. Any such deposit detected will be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

To be eligible to make a withdrawal from your 99rbajee account, you must: (a) have completed the account verification process in full; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds currently included in your balance; and (c) not be subject to any account restriction or investigation.

Withdrawals at 99rbajee are processed to the same payment channel as the most recent verified deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Where this is not technically possible, withdrawal will be made to an alternative verified payment method in your name. 99rbajee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99rbajee offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically upon fulfilment of the qualifying conditions (e.g., making a qualifying deposit) unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses have a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry of this validity period.

Promotional offers at 99rbajee are available exclusively to players who: (a) hold a fully verified account; (b) have not previously been found in breach of these Terms in connection with bonus activity; and (c) meet any specific eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms (e.g., minimum deposit amount, specific payment method, new player status).

99rbajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already qualified, the platform will honour any bonus credited at the time of cancellation, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player at 99rbajee, you agree to the following obligations at all times while your account is active:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and will update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You will use the 99rbajee platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to access the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that circumvents the standard user interface.

• You will notify 99rbajee promptly if you become aware of any vulnerability, security issue, or error in the platform that could be exploited to gain an unfair advantage.
• You acknowledge that all bets placed on 99rbajee are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the platform's rules for the relevant product.

Breach of any of the obligations set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, closure, voiding of pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of the breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on or through the 99rbajee platform — including but not limited to the 99rbajee brand name and logo, the platform's visual design, layout, typography, iconography, game interfaces (to the extent developed by or exclusively licensed to 99rbajee), written content, promotional materials, and software — are the exclusive property of 99rbajee or its licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99rbajee platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 99rbajee platform; create derivative works based on any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform; or use the 99rbajee brand name or logo in any context without express written permission from the platform.

Third-party game content available on 99rbajee is provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of their respective developers and are used by 99rbajee under licence. Your access to those games through 99rbajee does not confer any ownership or licence rights in the underlying game software or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 99rbajee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; interruption of service; errors in game display or outcome calculation; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing; or any other loss or damage not directly caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of 99rbajee.

Platform Availability: 99rbajee makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available to players continuously. However, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers including internet service providers, mobile network operators, or payment processing networks.

Game Errors: In the event of a manifest error in any game — including software malfunction, disconnection during play, or display of incorrect odds or outcomes — 99rbajee reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. The platform is not obligated to honour payouts that result from a clear and obvious error, regardless of whether the error was known to the player at the time the wager was placed.

Gambling Losses: 99rbajee will not compensate you for gambling losses. All games and sporting events available on the platform carry inherent risk. By choosing to wager real money on 99rbajee, you accept that gambling losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome, and you agree not to hold 99rbajee liable for any financial loss arising from your wagering activity.
